Public transport

You can access the venue by tram and buses. The stop is “Linnahall”. The venue is 200m from the bus & tram stops.

Every ticket holder can use Tallinn public transport for free between 17.05-21.05 by showing the QR code on the ticket


We would suggest downloading Bolt or ForUs to get the easiest access to taxis in Tallinn.

Visitors of the Tallinn Creative Hub can park their cars in the paid parking spaces near Tallinn City Hall. See terms of parking at  
Other public paid parking spaces are public roads within the administrative territory of the City of Tallinn or parts thereof where parking is allowed. The parking fee in City Centre zone T5 is 0.025€/min or 1.50€/h.
Paid parking is in effect Mon-Fri 7-19 and Sat 8-15. Parking is free outside those hours and on Sundays.

Health and safety

Travelling to Estonia and from Estonia to other countries is allowed for everyone but there is a special order in force at the national border. Restrictions related to travelling depend on the risk level currently in force in Estonia and the risk level in the country of departure.

Public meetings and events are allowed. It is recommended to wear a mask in crowded indoor spaces and in public transport, especially for risk groups. It is also recommended to keep a reasonable distance, if possible, and to wash or disinfect hands regularly.
