Visitors of the Tallinn Creative Hub can park their cars in the paid parking spaces near Tallinn City Hall. See terms of parking at www.parkimine.ee
Other public paid parking spaces are public roads within the administrative territory of the City of Tallinn or parts thereof where parking is allowed. The parking fee in City Centre zone T5 is 0.025€/min or 1.50€/h.
Paid parking is in effect Mon-Fri 7-19 and Sat 8-15. Parking is free outside those hours and on Sundays.
Travelling to Estonia and from Estonia to other countries is allowed for everyone but there is a special order in force at the national border. Restrictions related to travelling depend on the risk level currently in force in Estonia and the risk level in the country of departure.
