Latitude59 Kenya 2025 is designed with one key question in mind: How do we help more founders succeed? L59 Pitch Competition

The L59 Pitch Competition is back in Kenya in 2025 – does your startup have what it takes to make it to the finals? Are you ready to pitch in front 3000 impact-makers from the international tech and startup scene?

It's time to scale & grow global!

What are we looking for in a startup?

Actively fundraising – you are ready to raise a round / set a valuation
Business model – you are in the field of B2B
Proven traction – you have an existing MVP that’s bringing (at least some) revenue
Location – the core team is based in Africa

A prize pool that opens doors

The best startup will get a golden ticket to Tallinn, Estonia to participate in Latitude59 Tallinn 2026 and fast-pass to its Pitch Competition Pre-finals. For two years in a row, the prize pool in Estonia has been one million euros!

Pitch in front of a live audience of 2000 people & wow the international jury of startup experts & fund managers.

Application deadline

Do you have what it takes? "Ideally, we are seeking startups with a functioning MVP, clear traction, scalability, and who are actively fundraising, with at least one founding member from Africa." Make sure to fill that Dealum form before October 25!

Announcing the TOP10

Out of all the applicants, just 10 teams will be selected based on the application criteria.

November 17-28, 2025

Startup training & coaching

The top teams have a chance to perfect their pitch and learn about investment readiness. Many have reported that these few days of intense work have been highly valuable in their startup career!

December 5, 2025

The finals & announcing the winners

Top 10 teams will pitch live on the stage, in front of the 3000 local and international attendees of L59 Kenya Edition 2025. The winners will be announced at the closing ceremony of the conference.
