Natalia is a highly experienced, and successful entrepreneur in Internet & Software business. She started her first business in Siberia, now it’s a global software development company with more than 300 employees and a portfolio of 30 products available on 20 languages. She is also a social entrepreneur/ philanthropist in the field of children’s education, has co-founded IT schools for children in Siberia, and founded an educational service for children about STEAM careers.
Natalia has an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School, New York, and the London Business School (a joint EMBA-Global program); and a degree in Economics and Law from Novosibirsk State University, Russia.
Natalia has extensive experience in identifying, building, managing, and globally scaling high growth potential companies with strengths in leading and motivating teams. Her business interests include the future of jobs, 21st century skills & knowledge, STEAM (science, technology, art, engineering, math) education for children & teens, human capital development, EdTech, VR and AR in education, VC and foundations in education area.
Outside of work Natalia is an accomplished pianist, she also enjoys scuba diving, history & art.
