Tech companies work harder than ever to attract and keep great people. Fancy offices or simply remote work, in-house cooks, free trips abroad, generous option packages etc. Most of us, however still feel that in the end people just want to work on stuff that matters, in a way they see fit, together with the people they like. Or is it simply that the lines between a useless perks and an hygene factors get blurrier and blurrier?
