Unfortunately, Latitude59 is not responsible for reimbursing you for your hotel and flights. We recommend reaching out to the hotel or airline directly to cancel your reservation and request a refund.
I submitted a visa request to travel for the conference in May, what would happen to my visa?
Please contact The Estonian Embassy in the country you’ve submitted the Visa request.
What will happen to the speakers that have already been announced for Latitude59 2020?
We’re working hard to include all already confirmed speakers in the programme in August as well. We will release more information in the coming weeks.
What kind of safety measures will Latitude59 implement at the conference?
The welfare of all our attendees and staff at the conference is our highest priority. As we monitor the situation in the upcoming months, we’ll adapt our plans according to the advice we receive from the health authorities to ensure sufficient safety measures are in place for all attendees of the conference. We will update the exact guidelines in the weeks before the event.
What happens if the coronavirus outbreak isn’t contained by the end of August?
As the situation with COVID-19 is very much uncertain we can only make decisions based on current circumstances. We’re still closely monitoring the situation and believe we’ve made the best decision under the current circumstances to put our attendees, partners and staff’s well-being first.
