Demo Area: Why to apply?

With its 1500+ attendees, Latitude59 is the flagship startup & tech event of the world’s first digital society. Taking place in the awesome venue of a century old power plant transformed into a creative hub, Latitude59 offers a great chance for startups, established entrepreneurs and investors to meet and catch up with the latest advancements in tech industry. If you're a startup and you're still haven't made up your mind about applying, well, we're pretty sure this post will convince you to do it. So let's begin!

You're in the spotlight…

Last year we had top investors such as Tim Draper (DraperFisherJurvetson), Teddie Wardi, (Atomico), Pocket Sun (SoGal Ventures),  Martin Hauge (Creandum) and many others giving keynotes, taking part of discussions, and most importantly, seeking for future success stories to invest into. The startups that were present at the Demo Area or took part in the Pitching Competition had the opportunity to pitch their product brought to them on a silver plate. We're not going to lower the bar this year.

Besides a world class conference program and excellent speakers, we´re expecting 100+ investors to Latitude59 2017. To cast some light, here´s a couple of names to google: K.P. Reddy (The Combine), Sean Percival (500 startups), Teddie Wardi (Atomico), Michael Jackson (Mangrove Capital Partners), Frauke Mispagel (Axel Springer Plug&Play Accelerator), Topi Järvinen (Nestholma), Margus Uudam (Karma Ventures). But that´s just the tip of the iceberg. Stay tuned for updates.

….so use it!

Our Demo Area doesn't just offer being in the spotlight for investors, but for the media too. From the pre-coverage post in our blog (we introduce all startups who are presented at the Demo Area) to co-creating content (if the idea is worth it, why not), there are countless ways to use your presence at Latitude59 Demo Area as a way for growing your company's brand awareness and popularity.

Here's one idea to sleep upon tonight: on-site marketing. You need a brilliant and clever idea for that. But if you manage to execute it, then oh-my, you'll be hashtagged all over the place.

Demo Area package, the price and the deadline (soon!)

Demo Area application round for Latitude59 2017 is open until April 24th. Demo booth for 2 days at Latitude59 costs €259 (incl. 2 conference passes). You can fill in the application here. Invoices will be issued after final confirmation from the startup.

At the Demo Area, you'll have:

  • Demo area stand incl standup table with electricity & network cable if necessary.

  • 2 Latitude59  conference passes. PS! If you do the math, you’ll see that purchasing the Demo Area package is actually cheaper than buying two tickets.

In addition, you'll get:

  • Your company  promoted in Latitude59 website under Demo Area section and on the map of Demo Area

  • Access to the Investor profiles via closed online environment

  • Chance to book meetings and socialize using our networking app

  • To use Latitude59 tech savvy audience for customer feedback, surveys etc.

  • Promote your booth and catch attendee’s attention using #latitude59 in social media channels

Also, a few things we're doing better this year:

  • You don't have to worry about the WiFi connection quality, as we have our partner and one of the biggest telecom companies in the region, Elisa, on the that task this year.

  • In case the standard booth equipment is not enough and you don't have necessary things yourself, you can order attributes you need via us for an additional cost. Just make sure to get in touch a few weeks before the event!

  • All the booths will be built around and nearby the stage, so you're located right in the middle of the action. And you can enjoy the conference program as well.

At last, but not least – what those who attended last year, have to say about their experience:

“Latitude59 is the easiest way for startups to get direct feedback for their product by actual users. It’s also a good event to meet with potential investors & kick off discussions.”
