Jimmy Fussing Nielsen co-founded Copenhagen-based Sunstone Capital in 2007, today a leading European early stage VC firm with more than €750 million under management. He heads Sunstone’s Technology Ventures group and serves as its managing partner.

Jimmy brings to Sunstone a combination of start-up and investment experience spanning more than 20 years. Jimmy believes that passion more than anything is the key ingredient in fostering a global start-up success. His main role as a VC is to be the strategic sparring partner and sometimes the mentor to the entrepreneur.
